1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the European Union or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out on the same business day the order was placed if the order has reached  us until 5pm Central European Time.  

a. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, the destination shipped to and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. The delivery zones are Germany, the continental area of the European Union including Switzerland and Liechtenstein and World (all non-EU countries and EU overseas areas).

b. International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Shipping to countries outside Germany

In case of shippings to countries outside Germany (abroad shipping) additional cost can apply, dependant on the import policies of the adressee's country, e.g. taxes and custom fees. These costs are not part of the shipping cost and will be additionally charged to the adressee by the customs. If in doubt, ask your local customs office.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.


Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.  

In case following conditions are not met Lintag reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase

- items and packaging must be received in new condition

- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged

- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt  

Before returning package you need to contact Tongs.Com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail shop@lintag.de.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.   Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
